End of year shows...get your tickets NOW!
We are excited to begin planning our Spring Concert, centered around the theme “My Days”—a reflection on who we are, who we were, and who we are becoming.
This concert will feature a limited number of student soloists, and we are looking for singers who can tell a story, not just sing a song.
Submission Deadline: Monday, May 4th
To audition, please prepare the following:
1. Song Selection (60–90 seconds - this is usually a verse and chorus)
Must align with the theme of reflection, memory, identity, growth, or connection
Can be musical theatre, art song, or appropriate contemporary repertoire
Should highlight both your vocal ability and your ability to communicate text
2. Performance
Memorized
Thoughtfully prepared (this is a storytelling moment, not just a vocal showcase)
3. Written Statement (2–3 sentences)
Please include a brief explanation answering:
Why did you choose this song, and how does it connect to the theme “My Days”?
This is a casted production, not a talent show
Not all students who audition will be selected
Some songs may be reassigned, adjusted, or shortened to best serve the overall program
Final decisions will be based on:Vocal quality
Musical preparation
Emotional connection
Fit within the overall concert arc
We are looking for performances that feel:
Honest
Intentional
Connected to the text
If your goal is simply to “show off your voice,” this may not be the right opportunity.
If your goal is to share something meaningful, we want to hear you.
