It is the intent of this organization to provide support for the choirs at Sachse High School by serving in the following roles:

• Provide chaperones for choral events throughout the year

• Assist the choral directors in the organization and implementation of fundraisers

• Provide food and supplies for SHS choir events

• Raise and distribute scholarship money to assist students in further music study

• Overall, to instill and maintain an enthusiastic interest in the various needs of the choirs at Sachse High School

Silver – $35 (one complimentary ticket to the Mane Attraction or Spur of the Moment Spring Show)

Gold – $50 (two complimentary tickets to the Mane Attraction or Spur of the Moment Spring Show)

Platinum – $100+ (four complimentary tickets to the annual Mane Attraction or Spur of the Moment Spring Show)

Corporate - $300 (business card size ad in Mane Attraction Spring Show programs, four complimentary tickets to the Mane Attraction or spur of the moment Spring Show, two complimentary tickets to the Dinner Show)

Corporate Plus - $500+ (half page ad in Mane Attraction and Spur of the Moment Spring Show programs, business card size ad in all 4 major concerts (Fall, Winter, UIL, Spring), four complimentary tickets to the Mane Attraction or Spur of the Moment Spring Show, two complimentary tickets to the Dinner Show)

The SHS Choir Booster Club is actively seeking area businesses to become corporate sponsors at the Corporate level, beginning at a yearly donation of $300 or more. If you would like more information, please contact Mrs. Poligala or Mrs. Flores today!

PURCHASING/RESERVING TICKETS FOR CONCERTS

The SHS choir program and booster club will utilize the Ludus Online Ticketing System for all paid events hosted by the SHS Choirs. Families will have the opportunity to log on, make their seat selection in the SHS Auditorium or Cafeteria and pay using their debit or credit card (service fee will apply).

Paper tickets may be printed at home, e-mailed to your cell phone, or picked up at the box office prior to the start time of the event. You asked for it … we will provide it!

Three ways to access this online ticketing service:

• Access the Ludus ticketing website through the Sachse High School Choirs webpage.

• Watch for e-mails from your directors with links to the ticketing system. Invite other by forward this link on and reserve tickets!
